"It required 3 or 4 men in 3 or 4 visites to actually open the kitchen ceiling and to reach into the space between the rafters and find a way to seal that leak. They left the ceiling hole open for about 3 weeks to make sure there were no additional leaking, then they came back and patched it. They actually had to find the smallest plumber on their team to be able to get his head and shoulders wedged into that spot."
